I want something unusual yet beautiful for my wedding flowers. I’ve been looking around and have two kinds in mind. Sunflowers and Stargazer lilies. What do you like best and why? All input is welcome and wanted!

Any type of lily and you’ve got me in love. They’re so beautiful and not many people use them.
For sunflowers, I have never seen them used for a wedding and I think that would be very pretty as well.
The two together would look wonderful. You can pull it off with really large sunflower surrounded by the lilies.

What vase height is good for wedding centerpieces?
I am having such a hard time figuring out what vase height should I get. I will be having a stargazer lily, 4 roses and bear grass satin wrapped and put into a vase with clear and pink gems on the bottom. Any suggestions?

The entire centerpiece should not obstruct the view of the attendees to the wedding whether you use low globes or tall candelabra styles. The rule is 14 inches or 20 inches high for centerpieces.

i suggest you go see a florist though, they will know which flowers will be in season around your wedding, they will also know what they can get and what they can’t get. There are lots of options though, just google blue flowers, good luck!

Wedding Hairstyles?
I’m really indecisive on how I want to wear my hair for my wedding. I would like it half up half down but I’ve seen some pretty cool updos too; Does anyone have any good websites for wedding hairstyles I could look at? Also, my main flower is the stargazer lily. Do you think it would look to big and out of place for all the bridesmaids to have one in their hair?
