Is it normal to not receive roses by delivery from a floral shop yet?
It’s already 7:00 and someone that likes me told me they placed the order for them yesturday and told them to bring them after 4:00 pm.

The floral shop would have called you if there was a delay in your delivery. Usually when a person requests a delivery, the floral shop asks for a contact number of the recipient or, at least would tag your door if a delivery was attempted but you were not home at the time.

Where can I buy cut Black Baccara roses online for overnight/next-day delivery?
Girlfriends coming, and this seems to be pretty rare. Searching hasn’t helped.

I found two sources, one in the UK and one in the US. The US source is bulk, so the least you can buy is 75 stems, but they are less expensive than a dozen from the UK source.
If you are in the US, and want them in a vase…call a local florist and offer to share them in exchange for arranging them for you.
Both ship overnight.

Is it ok to send flowers to your valentine by the door by the delivery man?
If you were gonna take a girl out on valentine’s day and she also lives far from you, would you send her roses by delivery and just give her chocolates in person or hand her roses and chocolates in person. I might be busy that day so I donno.
